The staff is great, explaining to us where to find anything and everything in the area, from food to other stores, giving us a recommandation for every restaurant or zone to visit. The room was according to the pictures so nice.

Toshi, our wholesome and super friendly host was amazing and so accommodating. He gave us great tips for our stay in Sapporo and recommend some of the best places to eat.

Don't really have anything negative to say

Hotel provided a driver and taxi from the airport. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. This is a good location to stay for a few days. The owner was very helpful and offered excellent eating recommendations.

Fully equipped department. You can find anything you need for a short or long stay. Very nice place to stay for a family or a group of people. The owner/ staff is super friendly and helpful.

Convenience, little space but full of appliances, and even a washing machine! The whole space is clean

Maybe just a little too small for 5 people. I think the balcony is not that necessary.

Spacious , Dryer for laundry was great, very warm service fr the owner. Ideal for family and long stay. Would certainly stay here when I return to Sapporo. Also next to Best Ramen Shigen shop and Lawson just across the street.

Can provide some wall hook in the laundry and living area would be helpful.

Facility is great and clean. Location is near by densha station and also a lot of good ramen shop. And thestaff is very friendly. We have great time in Sapporo.

Location was convenient about 7-8 mins to susukino station. Lots of food around the area.

comfortable stay for my family of 4. the small apartment is compact and clean. come with everything needed. the owner is exceptional; he is friendly, helpful and speaks good English.

more than 10min walking to subway Station is far for me. toilet is small and washer don't come with dryer.

friendly host, always ready to provide assistance and service. he gave us many great food recommendations. the siting of the hotel is very homestay vibe in a city

no parking provision unfortunately.

We loved our stay as its proximity to center of sapporo. And the appartment is well equiped. The owner is the best host ever !!

Since sapporo is a nice night living city, Maybe upgrading windows could be a good upgrade for noise cancellation

The hotel owner was incredibly hospitable. We enjoyed talking to him and really appreciated his recommendations. The city was crowded that night and he helped to direct us to a place with available parking. Facilities wise, the room was great and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, it was warm and there were many little touches that made life easier, like charging points by each of the beds, clear guides on how to use the appliances, etc. Overall a wonderful stay.

beds were very flat, not super comfy but acceptable.

Very nice, clean room. The manager is friendly and helpful. There's a small, pretty temple just across the street and all of Susukino just a short walk away (but far enough for a quiet night's sleep).

I would recommend letting young children sleep in the lower beds, the tops bunks are very high. For adults or older kids they are very nice though, and also make the lower beds spacious.
